1. Where We Deliver
Cube Air Tent currently offers delivery to the following locations:

Anywhere in South Africa

Namibia (selected urban areas)
We also offer free collection from our warehouse in Cape Town.
2. Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s most reliable courier services.

Delivery to major cities: 2–3 working days

Delivery to outlying areas: 3–5 working days
-
Delivery to Namibia: 5–7 working days (depending on customs clearance and final destination)
Delivery times begin once payment has cleared and the order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Your delivery address

Package size and weight
-
Destination (South Africa or Namibia)
You will always see your final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Free Collection (Cape Town)
You may choose “Free Local Pickup – Cape Town” during checkout.
We will notify you via email or WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection.
4. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are usually processed and dispatched same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 are dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive:

A tracking number

A tracking link

Courier Guy status updates via SMS or email (where applicable)
5. Delivery Address Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery:

Provide a physical street address (no PO Boxes).

Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during working hours.

Double-check your contact number and delivery details before placing your order.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the receiver not being available, re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Namibia Deliveries – Important Information
For Namibia shipments:

Delivery time is 5–7 working days
-
Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price

A valid Namibian physical address and contact number are required
We will assist with documentation required for cross-border courier delivery.
7. Damages or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with:

Take clear photos of the parcel and the item

Email us immediately at support@cubeairtent.com

Include your order number and contact details
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and liaise directly with Courier Guy where needed.
