1. Introduction

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter of this competition is Cube Air Tent (Pty) Ltd (referred to as “the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• This competition is open only to legal residents and citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of the Promoter, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• The competition opens on 29 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 May 2026 (the “Competition Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

• To enter, participants must: Scan the QR Code provided at the OUTdoor X expo, enter their personal information and subscribe to the CUBE Newsletter.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.

4. The Prize

• The prize is one (1) Cube Premium Plush Queen Air Mattress.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

• The draw will take place on or about [Insert Draw Date].

• The winner will be notified via [Insert Notification Method – e.g., Direct Message/Tag on social media] within [e.g., 3 days] of the draw.

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [e.g., 7 days] of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Delivery

• The Promoter will courier the prize to the winner’s designated address within South Africa at no cost to the winner.

• Delivery will be completed by 01 August 2026 after the winner has verified their details.

7. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

• By entering, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data by the Promoter solely for the purposes of administering this competition.

• All personal information will be handled in strict accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

• The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be published on the Promoter’s official social media pages, subject to the winner’s right to object or decline.

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with OUTdoor X

• The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
