Refund & Returns policy

1. Our Commitment to You

At Cube Air Tent, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a product, you may request a refund or return — subject to the terms below — in compliance with South African consumer protection law.

2. When You May Return a Product

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is defective (manufacturing fault, damage, or does not match the advertised description).

  • The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong item or incomplete order).

  • You cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days of delivery (“cooling‐off” period) — provided the product is unused and in its original, resaleable condition including packaging.

  • The product is faulty or unsafe.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund


To request a refund or return:

  1. Email us at hello@cubeairtent.com or use the “Returns/Refund Request” form on our website within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue, including photos if relevant (damage, defect, incorrect item, etc.)

  3. If the return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for return delivery.

  4. Pack the item securely (in original packaging if possible) and ship it to the address we provide. You are responsible for return freight costs, unless the return is due to our error (defect or wrong item).

4. Refund Method & Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm the return is valid, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same method you originally used to pay (card, EFT, etc.).

  • If the product is faulty or we shipped the wrong item, we will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.


5. What We Do Not Refund / Return


We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The product has been used (unless faulty).

  • The product is not in its original condition, or original packaging is missing, damaged, or soiled.

  • The item is explicitly sold as a “final sale,” “clearance,” or “non-returnable” (e.g. heavily discounted, custom-made, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive products).

  • More than 7 calendar days have passed since delivery (except for defects or shipping errors).


6. Replacement or Repair Option


If a product is defective, damaged, or malfunctions:

  • We may offer a free repair or replacement (at our discretion) instead of a refund — whichever is most suitable.

  • If a replacement or repair is not possible or acceptable to you, we’ll issue a refund once we receive the returned item.

8. Your Rights under the Consumer Protection Act


As a consumer in South Africa, you have the following rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008:

  • The right to receive goods that are of good quality, in working order, and as described.

  • The right to return defective goods and receive a full refund or replacement.

  • The right to cancel a sale within 7 days of receiving goods (cooling-off period) — if the goods are unused and returnable.

  • The right to receive a clear refund or replacement without undue delay once a valid return is accepted.


Our policy is designed to respect and preserve those rights.
